Return and refunds policy

At Handie Living, every piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we currently accept returns only in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We offer returns or replacements only if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos and/or an unboxing video

  • Order number details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or texture variations (as handcrafted items may slightly vary)

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

3. Refund Process

After approval:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
